Arq. Nancy Araceli Saldaña Navarro

Nancy brings a strong mix of theory and practice to the projects of the Laboratorio. She currently runs her own design-build architectural firm in the state of Sonora, Mexico that is focused on sustainability and clean energy. Nancy is the Secretary of the Citizens Advisory Board of the International Boundary and Water Commission, and Vice-President of the San Luis Rio Colorado Directorate of Innovation and Technology of the National Chamber of the Transformation Industry.
She is also former President of the College of Architects of the State of Sonora; former President of the College of Urbanists of the State of Sonora; and also the former President of the Colleges of Architects and Urbanists of the City of San Luis Rio Colorado.
Nancy has also taught architectural design, urbanism, and history of art at the Tijuana University Center-San Luis Rio Colorado, Sonora, Mexico campus.
