Membership Opportunities
AFC+A envisions an ecological and cultural landscape that fully recognizes environmental and social disparities, takes action to bridge these divides and promotes multilingual and multi-ethnic environments. Our work improves the severe under-capitalization of our minority communities in general and Latino Americans in particular.
In its few years of operation and with only volunteer capital and no paid staff, AFC+A has launched a non-profit literary agency, Voces Creative Agency (VCA), which showcases minority authors of the Americas, and a multicultural environmental festival, ALEF. We recently introduced the nonprofit publisher, Mandel Vilar Press (MVP), which connects literature across the Americas with leading minority writers of North America through publications on the environment, migrations, adaptation, integration and inter-generational and cross-cultural dialogue.

And now, we launch the Hemispheric Conservation Latino Network (HCLN).

AFC+A's Hemispheric Conservation Latino Network is a coalition of conservation conscious Latino and Latin American associations and independent leaders at large intent on growing environmental advocacy across the Americas.
There are two types of HCLN membership:
Core membership
You will have access to our Member Directory and receive our regular Online Newsletter showcasing exciting projects occurring throughout the network and introducing our members and their initiatives. You will have access to Online Job Postings in the environmental and conservation fields and benefit from Special Offers for our annual events. You will also receive a Membership Card (Digital).
Core Membership will provide you with an instant network of thousands of similarly committed individuals and organizations in the US and Latin America and the Caribbean that you can strategize with, partner, and amplify the advocacy that we all do!
Core Membership: $12
Leadership Membership
This is our most active, inclusive, and participatory category of membership. It includes all of the benefits of Core Membership, and most importantly, you will have full Voting Privileges to select the Network Leadership and to nominate or be nominated to be a volunteer leader of the network. You will play an integral role in shaping the Advocacy Priorities for the network. You will receive an Annual Printed Calendar.
